Located in the upscale Poblado neighborood the hotel was convenient by car or walking. The balcony was small, but offered nice views of the city and the tree canopy below. If you are lucky, you may see a family of brightly colored macaws flying between the towers back to their nightly roosts. The internet is good and breakfast acceptable by Colombian standards.

My family and I loved this hotel. The people who work here are very friendly and attentive. Our bedroom was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was delicious every morning. There were enough options for everyone. The location was great, only 4 minutes away by car from Provenza and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. We will come back.

This was my third stay at Cafe Medellin in the last year. Its modern, clean, and in the safest neighborhood in all of Medellin. Best Value for the price. Nicest Staff I have ever dealt with. I know the staff truly enjoys their jobs and guests. Special thanks to Camila & Edison. I had a family emergency, and had to cut my vacation in half. I booked the non refundable option through booking.com, however Camila was very supportive and understanding of my situation and she was able to give me a partial refund within 30 minutes. I will continue to stay at Cafe Medellin. I absolutely love this place!

Honestly I was so pleasantly surprised. From the pictures online I wasn’t expecting much, so when we got there it was so much better. The room was quiet, and really spacious. The bed was huge and comfortable. You’re ina really good area here too.

The place was the most comfortable stay I had in Colombia, the bed was comfy, the AC was amazing, it was quiet with no partying noises from outside, and most important - the staff at reception was sincerely kind, and helped in whatever they could. Not quite the place to meet people if you're a solo traveler, but an amazing stay if you just want to rest for a few days.
